There are news going around regarding reducing revenue and profits growth of UA causing their share price to dive down.

As Magni register a increasing revenue and NP yoy (Nike),
Prlexus register a decreasing revenue & NP yoy (Nike & UA).

So the reducing order would be most probably from UA.

But Prlexus management should at least hint what is causing the reduced revenue, eg write due to reduced order from a major client and what shall the management do about it, so as investors we are well informed on the situation.

In mid to long term, Prlexus prospect should be very bright due to the increasing capacity from Kluang and Vietnam factory, which expected to commence operations by around Jun 2017.
Revenue increase is just a matter of time.

Trump effect shall be absence as its still not feasible to move labour intensive industries like apparel back to US.
Some old news, even Ivanka Trumps' products are manufactured in China & now Africa.

One of the reason for the drop is due to the drop in NP and Revenue of one of the client Under Armour.
But PRLEXUS still have Nike as their major client.
So the coming QR we will see whether PRLEXUS able to pass on the reduced order from UA into Nike's increasing order.

Magni and Prlexus supposed to be equally valued.
Since they have the same major client, Nike.
Prlexus have another additional client, Under Armour.

But one thing, i am a bit concern on the management's transparency, they did not report in particular why would there be a drop in revenue and net profit in the previous quarter and what had the management done to rectify the issue. They just simply repeating the facts, which is drop in revenue & NP is due to drop in revenue from apparel division, in which a 3 years old child can know that.

In fact we can refer to kyy's blog writing about contracting business.
These articles just fits into the case of SENDAI.
Yes undeniably they have lots of contract, RM3b, but could be these contracts be tendered in with a very low profit margin and with a very optimistic calculation, hence in most QR, they will blame contract delayed (Q3'16) and higher costs resulting from delays in project funding (Q4'16) as a reason for loss or reduced profit.

I cut when it falls to my ABP but still very interested in this counter from a high of 0.81.
Although tempted to reenter at level below my selling price, but final decision is not to do so looking at numbers of heart attack (Eg. Sendai JAKS) QR released recently.

And it ended out as a correct decision.
Noone know there will be a sudden impairment.
If not by production volume and selling price plus currency exchange of their IDR notes, there is no reason it would not be profitable.

They WERE making increasing profits due to the solar sector.
But it's evident that they ARE making losses on q4.
So do you think they WILL continue to make more losses or profits in the future?

Past, current and the future.

In investing, we are looking at the future, not the past.
If you believe the whole solar sector will recover in the near future and hence TS, just go on and hold. But not the other way round or based on previous result.

Btw fyi, TS Solar had ceased operation and their supplier had impair all receivables from TS Solar as they are not getting paid since last year.

but one thing i worry about this company is that their tree profile which is generally quite old.
of their 31,997 hec planted land, around 21,000 hec of palm tree is >16 years old.
while another 4000 hec between 11-15 years.
a lot of capex is needed for replanting activities in the near future.

they are replanting old palm tree, but the rate seem just not fast enough.

in US market, there is a minimum price for a counter, Eg. US$1 min price for NASDAQ, if your company price is less than US$1, they will give you time to comply by making the price stay above US$1. If it continues, than the company could be delisted.
