Good company/stock on need anyone to defend, if there are bad comments they don't even bother. Funny when people bad mouth people assume these are by sharks who want you to sell cheap but nobody think those who defend kaw kaw are people from the organization placed here to lie so that more gets in the train. All things are both ways. I've defended datasonic and I still insist on what I think, I've always believed their stronghold are projects never management. For those questioning my motive of comment, don't wonder. Why wonder? You intention is the bigger intention right? To trade so why bother about mine? It's an open forum and my words are so that I express my personal opinion of the company I purchased partly. Denying reality will not help you earn money. Knowing and accepting the truth may. Fairy tale exist in Disney, where princess will always find a prince that is rich and kind and will love her only forever, use that believe and all woman will be dissapointed and fail to find any good husband. Real good husband. Accept the truth then work from there then we will be better off. Datasonic do not have good management team. Go work for them or make someone in there your friend, and see how they think, work and waste their money. They have over 20 consultants that brings not even half a project in but pay is 20k you will see them probably once a year. But they will be paid for at least two years. Not only they never learn from mistake but they will always repeat. Not to mention they now have staff that they pay to betray competitor. What makes you think they won't betray datasonic if counter offered. I even know their names. I am just sharing the truth don't hate me. I hold a lot of their stock. I too want them to rise. But I will not deny their weaknesses.

You guys here really believe one trader can con you into selling cheap while he buys them up and make millions? Do you guys know for sure really how many percentage we ( the real public ) is really holding? Majority of the public shares are held by institution and by Datasonic's people. A total of all of us combine is just a few speckle of sand. What you do here will not raise the price nor drag the price down and change the company's fate. It feels really weird to see people talking like as though our shares and purchases here is going to make someone rich or poor.

Again I repeat myself. Datasonic was lucky to know people and have project. Their management has zero skills in business and the continuously hire lousy people and pay them 5 to 6 figures for doing nothing. Check out who's their current sales director who brings no project for the past 2 years, not even a single revenue but expenses hitting over 100k per month. That's bad management foolish people. Just cause they won mykad doesn't make them smart people. A lot of cronies are rich too and have huge company, you think their owners are smart or you think they're just related to government?

The fundamentals are not good so don't based it on that. Despite many may disagree just for the sake of staying positive, be realistic I say. I too hold a lot for this company. You guys really believe cbb is a strong horse? He is just lucky to have met the right people, he once almost gone bancrupt for all the wrong decisions he made. Plus, datasonic is not just one person, it's a team. Do you guys look at the team and what they are doing? If any of you venture into them you will see that most of the top level management are doing nothing but conducting meetings which are useless. Maybe one can say I am just making assumptions. One is also making assumptions that the directors are strong horses anyways. But I'd you get chance, go check out their sales director, consultants, chief executive officer, chief finance officer, managing director and see what they are doing. Cbb slacks as well spending many of his days pacifying his wife who is not in Malaysia, a true ladies man. Everyone slacks I would say their portfolio of horses are not as good as we think. All I hoping for is their connection, their fuel subsidy, etc. I don't bother about their fundamentals cause if it's fundamentals, I one even invest in this company. Just my very personal opinion and evaluation.

Hi Pav, perhaps you can be right too, but I can assure you and in front of God I stand that I've not been negative about Datasonic. I am only telling the truth. I am not sure whose pay slip you saw, but do you know that they have over 100 staff who would do a regular annual protest for bonus and salary increment? Because they will keep quiet about it, yes they award their staff in the JPN department, but not everywhere else. So when other staff found out, they starts the protest and when they win that protest for an increment and bonus, every other department who knows about it started to make noise as well. Years gone and what they do now is for those who protest they will quietly give them a little benefit to shut them up. You can choose not to believe me, but my friend was there for years when these protests happened and he is still there when staffs today leaves and I too have access to their salary pacakages, they may not be the lowest in the industry but they're definitely not at par with their status or earnings. 1 month bonus no matter how much they earn. No increase in petrol allowances for the past 10 years. You can prove me wrong, it won't matter to me because I can prove myself right too. What I am saying is, belittling them will not benefit me as I hold quite a huge substantial share in this one too myself. But avoiding reality will not help me earn money. I know a few of their management staffs, top management, no names mentioned. And each of them gave advice on when and how the shares will go up and none is materializing till now. I've seen also their strategy of sales and how they put their soldiers, they put the weakest on top while the strongest as coolie. I too hope the share boost up sky high my friend.

I don't look at the director's move as my personal opinion is that the directors are a group of incapable people. It is a crony company and that's it, if you know they're getting project then its going up. Doesn't matter what you think CBB or any director is doing. If they are really capable management, you wouldn't be hearing so many complaints from their company's staff. I only got my info from my weekly mamak and the Datasonic exclusive facebook group where all of the workers are underpaid, whilst CBB will always gets his friends in to just sit in the office and walk around with a starting salary of 20k. Good staffs are leaving. Weak horse all come in, causing the instability of the company. So, don't look at management, I don't. Just wait for news. Just my personal opinion and information from gathering. Ignore if find irrelevant.

I already lost more than 40k. My friends are now on paper lost of over 80k. They haven't fret, I don't know how much are others buying that cause them to worry so much. Maybe others here are already losing a million or so.

Haih, actually whatever anyone share here is also just hearsay la, including myself. No one can confirm for sure wan. In fact if you ask my opinion, I can easily tell you if today you see BBCHEW and ask him if he got the project, he will tell you yes for sure we got the project. So no point also speculating so much, in the end, its partially also by luck to see if it goes through. As traders, if we keep buying, we may be able to boost confidence of other traders. Yea ler, to reach RM5, must first pass RM2 ma.....I don't think there's any shortcut to RM5 wan ler even if that is what they will achieve. If they hit RM5 by tomorrow, realistically, investigation will happen and adjustment will happen also wan. So go up also gotta be steady steady la.

You got to know the directors of these company and how they profit. Or at least that is what I think la. They themselves are banking for the rise in stock price, so they cannot afford if the stock price goes down. A lot of unlisted directors are holding the shares, they got to somehow be responsible towards their recommendation as well and these people are not small time people like us ( or at least just me ). So it isn't nice to disappoint them. Price go down, they lagi pressure than us, so they will try their best to bring it back up to profit.

Malaysian theory is "Rakyat mudah lupa". And our government will use this method forever to implement projects that are controversial.

I think nobody knows that the Mykad project last year was awarded like 6 months, then only was it announced and the price gone up. Now, what if the same is happening here and we all throw it off during the time the world decided to be silent about it?

In the first place, if we're all here buying Datasonic just because of one Fuelsub project, then I honestly think we should not invest long term. Rather, if you're investing for long term, it is about how many other projects they are bidding and fighting for in hand besides this. If this is their one and only project, then they are not a good company to invest anymore. Seriously, one company only got one strong project?

Actually I think the forumers here isn't into the issue of how useful this petrol subsidy is and how much it would benefit or harm. Can't deny, that is an issue by itself, however I think the forum here is dedicated more to traders on stocks and the issue of subsidy in our discussion is very much on whether it will push up the price or not. Otherwise, we'd be discussing also on GST, petrol price too expensive for a negara pengeluar minyak, etc.

You got to know about Raghbir's position in the company to worry about him disposing his "negligible" share. Raghbir is actually retired, sitting on the board just partly out of respect of where he was from last time. Find out more about his position in Government previously and his contribution on the Mykad connection. It has been a few years that he has been "passive". His duty is only mostly PR, drink tea makan only.
