NIISe award will be delayed. The contract value will be RM700mil++ due budget cut by the Govt.

There is no deal between the government and Presbhd. It will all be based on judgment of the court come July 3. If rm200mil that is it, if rm500 that is it also. No reinstating of SKIN project. Period.

Yes, by law. You an even argue this in court. Of course if the statement is defamatory, one can take action in court for defamatory allegations, but law of defamation is relatively difficult to prove in court and you need more than 2 instance of the defamatory statement being made, you also need to prove pre-reputation, and then you need to prove that the statement leads to a result that causes lost.

Freedom of speech, DOES mean we can speak anything we want, unless it is seditious in nature or may cause public nuisance/affecting the peace of the nation or community.

When people give opinion about the stock, it is their personal opinion about the stock and this forum talks about stocks. When you criticize about the " people " who criticize the stock, you are talking about people and restricting people's right to share what they think. They did not talk about you, why do you need to be talking about them? They talk about Dsonic, and it's not like Dsonic is run by your father why do you need to be attached emotionally towards it to an extent to talk about people?

If Vaccine news if rather solid, then yes, I do see glove exited especially by retail investors to come into pharma. But to date, there isnt any. Many re just indicative of the stages they are in. Even at phase 3, following the normal route will take a long time. The only point is that economy is pressuring phase 3 to speed up, it might compromise vaccine safety. So as a stock trader, I dont know what to hope for. A quick but not very safe vaccine to administer or one that boost share price. Hmmm..
