After JIA agreement. revenue & profit transfer to Sumatec book in Oct 13. So reflect profit 86m for 2013. . All hardcore Sumatecians knows about this as I mentioned this last month before the reporters came out with their report yesterday.
Chris Dalton (EEO) report anticipated profit of 69m for 2014 exclude gas production profit.
So the reporting was correct.

Being PN 17 company is term given by Bursa "watch out" to the companies making loses consecutively for 3 years will be doomed to be delisted. Companies then will have to give a written reply (regularisation plan) proposal how to improve their financial staus & exting from PN 17. Sumatec has completed the regularisation plan. Next quarter result is a sure profit approx 86 m. Now already debt Free. Unofficially Sumatec is no longer PN17. To be official- Sumatec has to show 2 more quarter profits. This not a problem for Sumatec as by mid January work/mobilze starts to increase oil production thus increase profits.... Let's not dwell on Sumatec being PN17 as Sumatec can be one of Top counter in 2014
