basically it is potential max 15% dilution of share value, because once approved the company will be able to issue new shares max 15% of it issued paid up capital to its employees who are entitled to the option scheme in specified period of time in future (may be with in 5 years after the scheme approval???) with the certain fixed amount payment per share to the company....

put it this way, my opinion azrb is some kind of billionaire in the making....just like Vencent Tan, Ananda K and so on....n currently billionaire in progress is Tan Sri Kok Onn of gadang...

anyway as i said earlier may be last week....azrb is very long term play....to me azrb is currently just cleaning up itself such financial gearing n etc, bulding up the strength to be ready for mega project probably more than rm8bil such speed train gua musang-kl estimated rm30bil and some other mega highway along east coast n EKVE just kind of capability test...

make no mistake, i still like azrb very much of it future potential n monitoring the daily progress and potential around it, such as future speed railway KL-gua musang aprox. rm30bil east cost high way etc....so by sharing in this "azrb bench" hopefully together will be able to share info, knowledge n understanding n compare note where ever possible in helping oneself making buying n selling decision..

No la why should i, cause i been in azrb before monitoring since 2012 then holding 300k unit(bought about rm200k) for most Y2013, i keep on digging the details then getting the closer azrb picture, just to share with u guys as not be the same situation while i was in 2013, more or less to share the quick understanding as such others will be able to dig more in order to come up with their own conclusion that all.

I lost a lot of money before due to simple reason i.e just of my own ignorant n hope be able to at least share my own experience as such others wont do the same stupid mistake that i did before.

FYI i3i2i1 gadang is up today n i guess u may have bought some...
currently I am holding 1,285,000 units gadang just waiting the right time to dispose...

but at least FY2013 telling different story...i will see the current qtr result n few future qtrs result before doing anything, my guess wouldn't be any better than before until palm oil sector giving good result (FY2013 palm oil contributing rm27mil lost), this is one of the reason my expectation earlier to start buying by sept 2015 cause by then hopefully palm oil industry start to recover (now in the bear cycle for the last 3 years after almost 10 years bull cycle), new mega projects coming in (for at least rm1bil to rm1.5bil per year construction turn over to achieve good excellent result i.e return of probably rm80mil to rm150mil in construction per year) and the dust of azrb stock pricing probably has settled down to reflect the good company value....

...for now to me it just hot air bloon flying high on good weather n hope the weather is good for another 2 to 3 weeks....

it future look great....but currently look like hotair bloon that the reason i moved to ohers but monitoring probably for sept 2015 buying in....aprox. 1 year from now...

same to u, camping in Y2013 but gave up azrb earlier than u cause form close it look like hot-air bloon..kikiki.. n move camp to gadang, n now look like my camping season almost over, may be about another 3 weeks cause i start to feel uncomfortable over the big picture as bskl start having extremely high volume on the down n up swing....

but this on is better than GF.....kikiki

well the weather is good hotair bloon will fly high....no worry...

to me now is in the head and shoulder formation if the right leg lower than left leg, indication of trend reversal mean selling time....???(if tomorrow going down to rm1.70 likely i will sell off all my holding, hope not)
