Waseong is building the gas pipe financed by the project owner n gas supplied from Russia and the gas fields are operated by multi national co's ...shell etc..it does not mater what ever oil price is...

...2010 RI was combined with debt to run projects but this time they are forced to do RI to clear all old debt n finance the current one...n start adding new projects mean new debt in future...

..gcke agree with u...infect so many as such from financial standpoint start distroying share value by private placement (no so bad) n RI the worst, now they tendering 3 mega projects as reported (if awarded likely will drive their finance to red line again after RI)
Before this they have EDL and others up to the financial red line have to dispose some such as DUKE at the premature state, streaming income good asset the shell bulding due to debt...and now they left with just less attrective assets which nobody want to buy that why they have to force RI to financially substantiate the current projects...and now planing to add more new projects...while some may dont like my comment but this is the mrcb reality ...they had almost the same trouble in 2010 project funding and keep on doing the same thing again....

LTH sold around 12 million share recently around 1.70 (few weeks and right before RI) ...i believe they are just make up to the pervious volume...and make 30cent x 12million = rm3.6million due to RI which i strongly believe that they have inside info as they are major share holder and likely have representative at company board level...

...may be better choice buying tongsan stocks ..make profit can go holiday to tongsan...

...looking at mrcb uems and drb may be have to be really careful buying into so called election glc stock...

my best guess they have tried to dispose EDL and other assets but canot find the buyer so they have to force RI although will jeopardise with the ESOS of which they are the one who subscribed it.. so they have to work hard to get so many jobs at the end destroy the share value ..loo like less smart action...end up lost-lost to almost all including ESOS guys...

and as usual LTH will resume selling may be joint by epf and kwap
