Hmm..let me share something for you all as i am really dont wish anyone of us suffering under a huge losses.
A few thing you need to know about GOCEAN recently.
1) The news of JV with KOSSAN & AT
-The management has denied on the above.
2) The 10% of private placement on 28 Jul.
-The private placement has failed on 4 Aug due to unqualified conditions.
Ok, i know you all must be having lots of question marks and asking what is Private Placement.
You may google it or you may refer to Careplus (they just did a private placement recently on Jun by using DBT-Direct Biz transactions)
In Short, if a company wants to propose a Private Placement they usually would need to have a nice volume & Price in an average of 5 days volume in order for them to get a better price to negotiate a higher funds.
Then you will be asking, THE NEWS SAID THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT FAILED ON 3 AUG, THEN WHY THE STOCK PRICE FLY ON 6 AUGUST?
Hmm, so do you think the company re-submit again on the private placement arrangement on 4/5 August? Then the volume spike on the 6 August became legit, as the company need to push the price up for "5 days".
Hope i can clear some of your doubts but anyways my entry price is very low and this is just my opinion and sharing.
Study hard do more research before you buy a stock ya!
