Why we should pay PE 15 for Lotte when their feedstock cost via naphtha is not as cheap as feedstock for PChem ( via Gas ) ? please refer to petronas chemical prospectus page 101 which states that Petronas Chemical method to cracking is cheaper and comparable to few low cost middle east producers. my 2 cents opinion (and sorry if I am not right with this fact).
