The top line is helped by non-interest income of almost RM19m, which is a record high. NII now constitutes 28.5% of total income. As mentioned in the management review, it's primarily driven by "higher early settlement income arising from increased refinancing activities".
The question is, could refinancing activities be near its peak now?

More reassuringly, financing receivables have been growing above 6% YoY in the last and current quarters, reversing the slow down that started in 2020. As long as management remains prudent with its lending, this will be a more reliable and growing source of income in the future.

Furthermore, Tanarata planted area is only 3381ha. It's only 7.3% of
total planted area. Of course there will be impact on NP but I don't
think it will be very huge.

I think impact of Tanahrata on NP will be significant only after 2026.
Of course, it will contribute starting 2024 but I don't think there will
be much impact on the NP. I just reinvest using the dividend recieved
when it drop to my target price.

dam82, I think 17 is the limit provided the coming 3 QRs are better or
same as Q1. If QR2 NP is around 5% lower than Q1, will drop below 15,
if more than 10%, most probably will drop below 14 or 13.
Hopefully that's the good time to buy.😉

Last year result also include property revaluation. So if this year result
is the same as last year, it will be a good result.
