simon: My feel is that the rate hike might not be in Sept, given the state of condition in Europe and the US concern in that part of the world is evident in their urge to the Greek and EU to compromise. We are all connected in one globe, and with the more challenging global conditions gear me to believe that the rate hike would come later than sooner.

Shame! He went around the nation asking rakyat to protect him against 90 year old ex pm! Bragging he is warrior! He can't even settle a simple allegation! How are we going to trust him any further!

Halim is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant to start with and I do understand that he had been invited on several occasions to provide talks to the business community previously.

I feel sorry for the people of Greece. I can now understand my former colleague's reluctance to go back to his homeland when we last spoke. In any case, I hope their lives can be better, going forward, with some amicable resolution to the plight they are in now.
