@always_steady: I am flattered, good to think of but too remote from reality, my friend. I am just another salaried employee alike some (I think many towkays here so I think is safe to use the word 'some') and who is learning humbly from many of the veterans and gurus here, and 'abusing' my official working hours to better my knowledge in equities by spreading my limited funds over a few 'unimpressive' counters. :)

@Taka: I considered the track records of the new bloke, who worked his way from executive to a key management personnel and he was there with the team that saw the Company grow from a 'sen' to 'dollar' level supported by business growth and to attract the interest of Temasek Holdings. At his age, I think the impetus to make a difference is still there and so why not I take a position to give the bloke a chance? Again, not a buy call. Glad to share. :)

No worries, glad to share. In any given company, the Management must not only know how to unlock and grow value but also how to position these value into an interesting proposition to the investor community, and it is literally a living example here, so I hope the relative same happens over 'there' in the next 1-2 years. :) Again, not a buy call.

@Slick: I parked some funds lately into a company that saw a change in management team that accompanied the change in substantial shareholder's interest within the Company. What attracted me is the profile of the new team, one being the former chief operating officer of an established listed co with investors including Temasek Holdings and Singpost (& indirectly Alibaba as they are vested in Singpost) and the other a relatively seasoned telecommunications person from Maxis formerly. My thought is that these guys could deliver a good business turnaround over time and that prompted me to act while the share price is affordable, and over time we could see an equivalent if not more revitalisation alike that of Viztel Solutions which is now known as Systech. If you trace my posts you would decipher...again..long term proposition, and the risk is always there. :)

@Slick: Indeed. The movements of IFCA as well as the posts here are both worth watching. :)

@always_steady: Comfortable average...'around Brahmal's time'...held since then as I do not divest unless there is an awful change in the Company's fundamentals or there is a pressing need for personal funds or my 'wild' TP is achieved unexpectedly.

Personally, I do not see any imperative to divest unless there is a significant unfavourable change in their business direction and roadmap. :)

I do not recall indicating any price sequence here. We have some interesting characters here making calls about GST regime engaging a reverse gear pre 1 April 2015... and their calls did not stand the test of time....as shown.

IFCA has its own roadmap, alike a train heading towards its designated stations, and the howling of wolves and jackals along its track is unlikely to stop where it had originally set out for.
