联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板公用事业股）宣布，关联公司Perunding Ranhill Worley（PRW）接获意大利Saipem S.p.A.全资子公司颁发工程设计服务合约，价值2亿1000万令吉。

这一合约是为卡塔尔液化天然气（Qatargas）北部气田扩展计划（NFPS）的海上压缩综合设施项目，进行详细的工程设计。

该公司预计，该工程将为2024财年的营收和净利带来积极贡献。



联熹控股 RANHILL
行家建议：

最新的合约几乎使PRW目前的2亿6500万令吉订单增加一倍，并使联熹控股整体服务部的合约增加24%至10亿7000万令吉。

目前未完成的订单，相当于服务部营业额的3.7倍，而竞标中合约价值也达15亿令吉。

基于约10%的保守净利赚幅，以及联熹控股在PRW的51%股权，我们预计，新合约在今明财年的贡献几乎是相等的，即未来2年，每年可贡献500万至600万令吉盈利，占我们在2023和2024财年盈利预测的11%和13%。

年初迄今，联熹控股好消息不断，包括旗下的Ranhill Capital私人有限公司（RCSB）赢得沙巴西海岸100兆瓦发电厂的竞标，以及宣布派发每股2仙股息等。

我们认为，这些是积极催化剂，并预计盈利将有显反弹，以及推动未来股息增长。

综合以上，我们维持“买入”评级，目标价定在70仙
