TRANSFER OF THE LISTING OF AND QUOTATION FOR THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF REDTONE FROM THE ACE MARKET TO THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("TRANSFER")
Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 & 3 November 2022, 20 April 2023 and 3 May 2023 in relation to the Transfer.



On behalf of the Board of Directors of REDtone, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 15 May 2023, approved the Transfer, under the “Telecommunications & Media” sector.



The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.



This announcement is dated 15 May 2023
