what will be the action for today? Push the price up as high as possible ? why ? hehehehehe, you know it.

if i were person behind RTO, i will press the price down as low as 5cts level for more negotiation power to own the settlement share from creditor including their settlement warrant as a gift. What the creditor want ? it is simply to recover their doubtful debt without risking their portfolio further. What i want is take control the listed company with minimum cost.

After serious consideration, if RTO is real, the person behind RTO will be keen to own the settlement share as part of his accumulation. How to make the creditor let go their share to them. it is an action of pycological technique reflected in the market value.

If you were creditor, will you accept deal as settlement share value 0.10 each with 4 ss for 3 free warrant ? As being banker position what will be your preferred surety to accept this deal ? In order for creditor to accept the deal, i believe the board of director must ensure the market price being greater than 0.10, otherwise the settlement deal is not attractive to be accept unless creditor has no choice but to accept it.
