Business prospect, unbilled sales reduced from last quarter of RM187.2 million to current quarter of RM164.7 million. I guess due to near of ending phrase, that's why this quarter Property PBT is high (conservative approach under accounting rules). But they also saying aggressive market traction to implement more affordable home sales, means more to come in the years. Meanwhile for utility division, possible higher tariff rates will have positive impact to the Group, which means the top line has more rooms to improve.

In Part B13, do note that there is one expense "Equity-settled share based payment" of RM1.91 million, actually this is ESOS expense. So even including this cost, Gadang still able to earn PAT of RM25.78 million, consider is good or bad?

reply - for MRT projects, PDP will absorb cost for steel and for Rapid project, cost impact but manageable

2. do you tender for ECRL, Sabah Borneo and West Coast highway?
ECRL - will review the viability of project. Currently, they have no called for any tender yet
Sabah Borneo - not at the moment
West Coast - tendered but no news.

Dont forget Gadang is diversification of business, majority profit contributed is from construction. Gadang is working hard on it and tender accordingly. Second is property development. Actually this sector profit contribution also improved much compared to prior years. But my worry part is ESOS might increase cost for the current year performance.

If I just calculate div payout, FY2014 is 25.2%, FY2015 is 21.6% and FY2016 is 10.3% only. It does not consistent for recent years. Maybe the main reason is they need fund for the JV in Mexico.

KYY still got 14,832,700 shareholdings on hand, if he keep disposing until become nil, I think share price will below 3.00. Ready bullet for second round. :)

WaAdaLui you are right. This counter is 务实低调, since they released this news means definitely will bring huge return to them. That's the reason to hold for long term :)

Indeed is good news but wont have financial effect FYE2017. This LOI benefit should be reflected in the long term future.

Look at recent news few local companies are going to set up Solar Factory, that's why I think this industry still got the hope. Thanks M16s. Tax reduction definitely will benefit to Solar business. But most critical issue is solar profit margin is very low. This year might not be TS to bright anymore.

When final dividend will be declared? I estimate should have at least 4 sen per share.
