Again, they also can avoid paying the prosperous taxes this year by giving losses.

I have updated the article (at the last para) to include the following:-

Furthermore, during the court hearing on 17th January 2022, Bursa's Datuk Loh Siew Cheang concurred with Serba Dinamik's counsel Mak Lin Kum that " that due to the suspension, Serba Dinamik is listed as a PN17 company".

In summary, the Malaysian capital markets regulators, in respect to Serba Dinamik, had

- permitted and continue to permit investor shareholding disclosure in-adequacies;
- failed to investigate and disclose proxy ownership in Serba Dinamik;
- caused Serba Dinamik to be listed as a PN17 company;
- at its decision to suspend Serba Dinamik being questioned by and lobbied by a particular media company and Minority Shareholder Watch Group (MSWG) CEO lobbying to revoke the suspension.

While it is expected that the court will judge in favour of Bursa (based on MMLR), how would you publish the FFU or whatever it is called now, when there is no letterhead and sign off from EY?

Do you accept an AR without any auditors' letterhead, signature and more importantly opinion?

Looks like CEO Karim has RM80million, 99 Mr Lee has RM21 million, cold eyes sifu?? RM25million, KYY RM30million

Total RMRM156 million (=approx.440 million SD shares waiting to be sapued).

Not much, but every support is greatly appreciated.

Based on the nexia as external auditor, after auditing, the NTA is 0.80, but this is not inclusive of the overseas assets, as Nexia only able to audit within Malaysia area only, while the rest 0.24 is at oversea which needs time to verify further. That's why disclaimer of opinion leading SD to PN 17.

Since it is now disclosed, I can hereby state that SD had the intention to deliver the AR 2020 early December 2021. See previous posts.

They have had made the preparations during the the week 26th November 2021 to 3rd December 2021. They also prepared the AGM slides.

However, due to circumstances at that time, it was derailed.

It doesn't really matter, since the AR 2020 was completed end November 2021 and with the latest SC charges, no changes have been made save for the auditors report with a little tweak to their statement.

Since its down to the wire for the release of the Annual Report 20/21, I will try (no guarantee) to give an advance notification of 1-3 days in advance of its disclosure by SD.

For example, if SD intends to release it on 20th December 2021, I will let you know on 17th - 19th December 2021.

Conversely, if SD cannot release it by 31st December 2021, I will let you know on 28th - 30th December 2021.

Don't be conned by the drama created by all these actors.

Why only now those higher management and Karim being charged by SC?

You all should be alert that, in Malaysia criminal practice, deputy public prosecutor will only charge the suspects upon they gathered the strong evidence against the suspects.

**But, the normal procedures before they obtaining all this strong evidence, the SC needs to detain the suspects for at least 24 hours for further investigation and statements, and can apply for remand for another 48hours if needed. But there is no detainment, why? But SC only went to SD office on June 2021 then to "Rampas" all the so called strong papers as evidence? But only after 6 months then only start charging them? What a funny drama, this drama can only cheat all the ignorant investors, but couldn't be able to deceive the experienced smart investors like coldeye sifu and KYY.

And the funny part is deputy public prosecutor charged them first, then only asked karim to assist in investigation with investigating officer? If for those who have common Sense, also will know after full investigation first, then with strong evidence against the suspects then only will charge them for Criminal offense, but why SC still need the suspects to assist in investigation again while DPP already charged them?
