For a long term investment, the most important criteria is a trustworthy owner. Example : owner of Harta vs. Supermax; Vitrox vs. Notion & Willow; Mahsing vs. Lien Hoe.

Do not get me wrong that KGB is not good and sell. Instead I have a lot of KGB and will keep it for much higher price. But I have not found strong fundamentals of KGB for a long term investment. This is also a response to one of our friend's intention to keep KGB for long long term.

One side info to share. In last year, few days before one of its QR, its CEO accepted an interview with BFM and said the company will do good for the year. Days after, it reported a very lousy result.
You can argue from many perspectives, but cannot deny that a good biz owner will not talk good about biz earning publicly just few days before a lousy QR.

"Double revenue in 2023" from the mouth of the reliable KC Lau is the most powerful catalyst to share price of Inari. I want to verify this superb important info by hearing it from the clip myself. But so far, i failed to get it from the clip. Therefore as at now, I suspect the two bloggers got it wrong or just blowing.

There are two bloggers said thru facebook and CITYPlus FM that the CEO mentioned revenue will be double in 2023. I replayed the clip multiple times, but just cannot hear the words from KC Lau. As long as you buy before the ex-date(XXJul21), you will entitle for it.

Make it simple, keep your KGB till the ex-date of warrant. The ex date will be likely announced in Jul21.

Company rev =RM398 mil.
Gas = RM22 mil. Still a very small portion.
The core segment is UHP at RM278mil.

I am still waiting for the company to expand Gas segment by building the 2nd plant since its 1st plant has reached 60% utilization. The mgt said at the end of 2019 that the company will expand by building the 2nd plant when the 1st one reaches 80% utilization. Gas command very high margin at ~30% as compared to those of UHP, PE and GC.

For me, the most practical theory of investing in KGB is its very robost UHP contract from semicon especially those from China.

RM2.50 is a bit high. 3.6% of my KGB was purchased at the highest at 2.35. My grand average is very low as i have collected KGB since Mar2019. Good day to you.

I called up to tease him that he made tonne of profit from this pandemic. He answered that "no lah, the asp has dropped to 70. The earlier highest 130 was great but it had come down."
Then I said " you still make tonne of profit at 70 after factoring the incremental cost of NBR latex."
He said " no lah, when asp at 130, NBR latex was >5000/tonne. Although it has now dropped to ~3000/tonne."
I asked " is 70 a spot price or for normal customer?"
He answered: "normal customer."
I did not ask if 130 was a spot price or for normal customer as I just want to dig info of the latest asp.

Ben : 6.7 bil is value of Apr, +4.75% comparing to value of March, not comparing to the month with asp 130(monthS ago, plural= many months). Thus 40% or 45% are out of the context.

The sustained export value in Apr21 vs. those of Mar should be supported by the increased volume sold in Apr vs. those of Mar with the asp dropping month after month particularly from Mar to Apr for this context.

I got an insight that ASP has truly dropped from the highest $130/kpcs months ago to $70/kpcs as at last week. The sustained export value in Apr21 should be supported by the increased volume sold.
