When ppl start selling ; then someone is collecting at a very cheap price. After that they will withdraw their offer and push up the shares and sell to make profit. Our SC not good enough to prevent such ppl from manipulating the market

@ Crest - warrant maturing on 22/09/17 and exercise price is RM0.11. Those who have already bought the warrants earlier have no choice but to convert them to ordinary shares as long as it is higher than the exercise price in order to gain their difference. Their purchase cost of warrant previously already redundant cost. If the ordinary share prices dip below the exercise price, then it would be better to buy from the open market. Hope my comments is rationale

Wanted to buy as it price is below its NTa of 1.79 but with the good news of bonus issue, don't understand why it is moving downwards. may be just wait until Monday to see the US mkt tonight.

In malaysia, we, minor shareholders (retail investors) always on the losing end. When the public listed company continues to make losses every year; the major shareholders (directors) will always propose for increasing directors fees and perks; whilst the poor employees have pay cut or retrenchment. Why cam't there be a law to reduce the members of board of directors, reduced/cut directors fees or so forth instead of victimising the poor salaried workers

A very good defensive stock but has been moving up from 1.90 in a couple of weeks already.So will wait when it settle down

Just be careful of their Mgmt.......go and find out yourselves on their past records

since its QTR results already out, the price will hold between 4.90 and 5.00 for the mean time as ppl wid take profit until all sellers are all gone b4 it will slowly move up again. Well, the mgmt may announce one or two good news to push the price up again later. So be patience and hold some if you can

My gut feeling .......should be able to hit RM5.20 before QTR results released !!

Financial performance is good but no ppl interested; that why no volume. Difficult to play

This is a laggard counter unless it can bring in new business instead of only relying on passport from our Govt. Most of the directors are ex & retired Govt servants with Big titles but no much buiness acumen

@grateful -Why RM2 coming ? On about news, criteria or basis that you said this. Hope you can share and give us a rational answer. By the way, b4 ex-date of splitting price was RM4.40; so if you say now it is going to be RM2, it means that it will drop at least 31% (RM0.93).

Friends, not only Star paper lah. Most of Stock broking securities companies also release such news and write-up to instigate retailer investors to buy when they are selling for their BIG clients behind the scene. One typical example is the private placements when go listings.

Still have my trust in Penta. Know Penta is not just an empty shell to goreng otherwise how can they use their subsidiaries for listing in HK Stock Exchange. The only unknown fact is whether and how the Mgmt going to reward the shareholders b4 & after the HK listing. So today is the best opportunity to grab some when the price dropped this morning.

@ValueMaker78 - Not surprise that Coldeye to reduce his stake in Penta as he could have made more than 100% already......... can use these proceeds for other investments lah; that's how good investors do.

Where are those smart alex who recommended to buy this counter by telliing ppl this TP and that TP, Pls come out now and tell those ppl who are now trapped lah. Pity those ppl who went into this counter and now they don't know whether to cut loss or to hold for the news of the drop to be announced. It is always like that ... when the share is hot. you can see so many "sifus" coming out to give their recommendations and when the share started to drop, all of them slipped away quietly.

I guess anyone's constructive comments are acceptable and appreciated but not just slandering without any basis or substantial facts. This forum is for sharing not for opening and barking irrational remarks/comments to misled or confuse others.
