Actually NTA for ASB is below 0.60 cts after factor in its Iculs and loan stock which we must count in to calculate its true and precise NTA...Warren Bufett ask us to buy wonderful Business at fair or undervalued price NOT lousy business at wonderful price...ASB will never go far in the long run...For me IRIS is also another rubbish stock pumped up by syndicates...They ve projected their future prospect so bright so that we will all speculate on tis stock...If directors can see into the future and create a projected revenues then u better runnnnnn away fast...wat we want is concrete profits NOT directors who spread good news about its company...IRIS is the greatest example...We will see who will got trapped soon ha!ha!!!

Yes u ve ur point in choosing ASB...I am also a value investor...BUT i seek beyond values in companies...I not only look for assets values but i also look for profit growth...In the end profit is what drives share prices UP in the long run...ASB has been crippled by impairment losses and high operating cost for years..Their businesses are not interesting and profitable at all...Holiday villa is not a strong brand to begin with...Somemore Major shareholder(Ahmad Sebi) only hold 18% of ASB... DO u think he will do his best to return ASB to the black...Very Unlikely!!! No he Won't...All tis while its businesses are lacklustre bcos there is no real owner of tis company...Even its MD didn't hold a single share of ASB...WHY??? I will only acquire a value company if major shareholders ve at least 60& stake in the company so they will do their best to bring growth to the company...I didn't say ASB is without value BUT there are so many better undervalued companies in bursa which is much much better than ASB...These undervalued companies not only full of hidden assets but also profit making...There is only one reason why u promote tis company so tat u can unload ASB shares to others at higher price...ASB is still a speculative stock without good fundamental...It is cheap for a reason!!!

even how undervalued ASB is, it is still a losssss makinngggg company for many yrs and many yrsssss to come...SO i really dun see any real values in this company...Unless they manage to control costs and turn revenues to profit, it is still downgrade to sell...More than 10 yrs they still can't make profits something must be very wrong in its management and its business

i am very bullish about Pjdev as it is really on a steady growth path...These acquisitions mean tat they are serious to jump start PJD to next constant growth...Just look at its twin brother OSK Prop yty climbed to day high of 1.98 and its NTA is much lower than PJDEV...SO Pjdev will sure climb to at least above 1.80 once financial result out next week...Get ready for a big upside soon...PJDEV is ripe for a Re-rating for the next super growth!!!

ya yty Fu Yu rose almost 20% with high volume in SGX...Fundamental is improving as demand for plastic precision products are rising with full global economic recovery...i believe 2nd coming qtr LCTH sud report big jump in net profit with lower cost expenses...LCTH was trading ard 0.55-0.60 b4 they fell into 3 yrs of continuous losses last time...SO assuming if revenue and profit rises with smaller share outstanding now after d capital reduction last time, we sud arrive earat a price target of 0.50 by next year...Pls dun for LCTH ve a policy of declaring not less than 50% of its PAT(Profit After Tax) to frank dividend for sholders...i believe strong they will start declaring dividend 4 financial end 2014 with improving financial results and strong cashflow....Reiterate BUY with a TP of 0.50-0.60 in the long term...Also pls dun forget once their new factory in JB is ready by tis year, they will be able to secure more jobs and orders hence a revamp of profits in the making!!! LCTH is leaner and faster tis time...

For me L&G is not tat attractive as they got large base of loan stock...If u factor in the large amount of share outstanding fm d loan stock, actually L&G's NTA is only about 0.40-0.45 only...At 0.56 share i still think it is overvalued...If fact we should factor in the loan stock to get its true Net Tangible Asset...Some more L&G dun declare dividend...It is a SELL for me! PJDEV is better than L&G if u factor in the whole picture

well said bugle...2 yrs ago i was very pessimistic with LCTH as it posted continuous annual losses until they found a way to stop the bleeding tat's by asset disposal to right-size the company...After tat i thought it might get worse as revenues might fall sharply with tis disposal exercise...BUT when i read its 2013 annual report my heart is filled with hope and optimism as every words of the directors statement indicates optimism and TURNAROUND as "developed countries such as US, Europes and Australia are turning back to Malaysia as a low cost base for plastic business...Doing business in China is getting more expensive tat's why they are turning back to us as low cost producer...It augurs well for LCTH as demand and orders are expected to pick up aggresively and rapidly...Bro, it is like a business cycle...We ve seen the downside of tis industry and now we are beginning to see upside soon...Just look at VS Industry for indicaton...VS financial results are posting new high due to robust earnings in plastic precision business...LCTH is totally debt free and they are building new factory in JB...One thing for sure IT IS VERY VERY EASY FOR DIRECTORS TO RAMP UP LCTH'S SHARE PRICE AS THEY ARE HOLDING UP TO 70.6%...ANOTHER 5.35% HELD BY LEMBAGA TABUNG HAJI which i dun think they will dispose for fun...SO PUBLIC SPREAD IS ONLY 24% and not many are willing to sell cheap as their entry price was quite high...And now NG Hock Ching announced wanna acquire 10.3% of fuyu Investment which has 70.6 stake in LCTH...Isn't tat pointed tat they begin to see value in LCTH and FUYU as well??? I 100% believe LCTH's earnings will be robust again just like last time and start to pay hefty dividend againnnnn....I ve a target price of 0.50 for LCTH in 2 yrs time as they are returning to the black....

10 yrs ago Mkland was trading ard 3.00-4.00 b4 it plunged into earning downgrade and financial losses...What is 0.50 cent compared to its former glory of when its share price performance was running high...Even i am not surprise if it rises above 1.00 to reflect its true underlying value...They are planning for 7 billion property launches in 5 yr time indicating tat they are in strong financial backing and cashflow to move forward with new launchings...I value Mkland at 1.00 per share or 50% discount to its net development value of 2.00...Revised Net Asset Value stood at 1.60-1.88...Reiterate BUY!!!!

It is clearly seen tat LCTH's Directors are acquiring LCTH shares quietly today...Next week will test new high with more aggressive buying...LCTH is finally turning around...
