TP 0.35-0.40 can easily be reached...

If u compare LCTH with its competitors in plastic precision business like Geshen, Ralco, and Scnwolf which also listed in bursamalaysia,LCTH is still the lowest and most undervalued among them in terms of size and fundamental...At 0.265 it is still the most undervalued with zero gearing...D company might ve received new business orders already tat's y they are buildng new factory to cater for coming demands...Given 1 year lcth should return to d black strongly as they now focus on high end products tat brings higher profit margin...BUY!

In the world of stock mkt, a loss making company doesn't mean it can't surge...In fact it rises more than a fundamental company and profitable company...Just look at leweko and mjperak for example...For years these 2 companies were loss making or stagnant BUT it is climbing up like nobody business...KLSE is just like gambling table or lottery pool...Who knows when u check LCTH's price next week the price appeared to be 0.35...Anything can happen!!! it has been a long wait but it is worth the wait...Mkland is unlocking deep value and should trade near its book value of 0.92...Its Revised Net Tangible Asset per share stood at around 1.60-1.88 showing a massive value compare to its current price of just 0.45...A re-rating should be triggered as it is deeply undervalued...Its financial Net profits may not be exciting but its massive hidden land value is significant enuf to trigger a RE-RATING...Mkland is turning-around to return to former glory...

I just received my LCTH Annual report today...I ve paid full attention to its content and chairman statement...It stated tat they are building New factory in Johor Technology Park to cater for future increased orders demand and it also stated tat orders for plastic moulded products remain strong and should increase moving forward riding on global economic recovery...LCTH will come back strong again with full optimism...will fly above 0.30 again in coming mths...

May the fallen rise again...Let the sick and crippled be strong again...All our support with you MK...Let the lion roar again!!!

Sang-jero...As my houses tat i bought are all landed property, it is still appreciating and will appreciate more in the future...If u are holding office unit or condominium or service apartment unit then it is BAD NEWS as tis segment is having property OVERSUPPLY...As for MKLAND, almost 90% of its projects are landed property currently so there is no worries at all...As for their landbank, the value of land will always go UP regardless of any market and economic cycles...
