Just look at Scnwolf, Geshen, Ralco, Skpres, VS industry and Skpres all of these plastic precision companies ve risen above or very near to its NTA...Only LCYH is trading way below its NTA of 0.49 cts...Geshen, Ralco, and scnwolf financial performance are weak and lousy YET it still risen like crazy...So a price target of 0.45 by yr end is not demanding for LCTH given its strong balance sheet and bright prospect and cheapest valuation compares to its peers...Even Luster also trading above its NTA of 0.10 cts...So only left LCTH tat is considered as UNDERVALUED...the ONE and ONLY left in d plastic precision industry....just ponder about it all my the shareholders of LCTH....

Now we just ve to watch for the next catalyst for LCTH...Tat is the surprise jump in next QTR earning...Most probably they ve received increased demand for their products hence higher revenues and profit for coming quarters...I just hope tat they will resume paying dividend soon...

Ai ya what is that 20 million LAD gonna affect Mkland balance sheet...Its balance sheet is quite strong now with strong cash position and i dun think tat LAD is gonna cause any problems to mkland in the long run...Kasi disposal has nothing to do with this LAD...Anyway if LAD issue is causing its share price to tumble i am more happy as i can buy more share at cheap price...I am waiting for it to crash!!!!

As u can see LCTH is the 2nd lowest in Share price among all the listed plastic precision companies in Bursa Malaysia...Luster is the lowest, trading ard 0.10 but it is a deeply loss-making company with NTA only at 0.11 so Luster is totally a must-avoid-counter...Though LCTH is the 2nd lowest among all precision companies BUT it has the strongest balance sheet and financial position among them...U can't find a plastic precision company in bursa tat is financially stronger than LCTH and yet it is the cheapest and lowest...It only reveal one thing to me...Tat LCTH is deeply undervalued!!!

D management is doing a Share-Buyback of PJDEV shares currently...Of course they will prevent it fm rising so tat they can acquire at low price...it will stay at 1.60 for the short term for share buyback exercise by them...SO dun expect any big surprise at the moment...Its single tier 2.5 cts dividend is so attractive tat could bring to a total of 7.5 cts or dividend yield of 4.7% tis yr which is very generous...In the long run it sud rise above 2.00 once its assets disposal cashflow kicks in...I am optimistic about their future prospect as they are getting very aggressive to grow the company...

more cash will flush into Mkland's balance sheet in coming mths fm d land disposal of sg buloh and damansara perdana...Mkland is awashed in cash...So u will continue to receive steady dividend fm MKland maybe increased dividend in the future...I will pay a visit Mkland site and do an intensive research of their landbank in Damansara Perdana tis few days to unlock their true value...In order for Mkland to deliver sterling result in coming qtr, its Rafflesia bungalow units in Damansara Perdana must sell well...I believe it sud sell well due to its strategic location and landed property

4U2C...LCTH is preparing for d next up cycle...As u can see all plastic companies are cyclical stocks...LCTH bad cycle is gone now is heading 2wards up cycle...Profit will improve tremendously coming qtrs and i expect them to declare at least 1.5 cts dividend per share...If u check their dividend record last time when they were profitable, they used to declared more than 60-70% from Profit After Tax as dividend to reward shareholders and directors themselves...So if 2014 PAT is ard 10 million then 1.5 cts or more dividend is surely quaranteed...At current level it is surely a value BUY

PJDEV has proposed a special or interim dividend of 2.5 cts to reward shareholders...EX date and payment date to be announced soon...So my projected total dividend for tis yr should be 7.5 cts per share...WOW!!!

one more good news...For the first time ever Mkland is in Net Cash Position...total cash in hand increased to 147 million while total borrowing is 140 million and this has put Mkland in Total Net Cash Position...Management also pointed next qtr financial result will be even stronger...We can expect final dividend of 1 cts hopefully bringing to a total of 3 cts annually...Tis is my projection...

Of course i am 100000% sure...They ve sold a lot land to Empire mammoth few yrs back and last yr sold a plot of land in sg bulog for almost 90 million...So all these progressive payments will come from time to time for many yrs to come...So mkland dividend policy is maintain and well secured for many yrs to come even though they dun make profits fm propery development...So if u still curse MKLAND i really dunno wat to say anymore...i really cant wait for today at 1730 for them to declare another 1 cent interim dividend or maybe better financial result...Those who keep selling Mkland just bcos it is falling are really foolish, sorry to say that...

Skpres and LCTH are very similar...Both doing d same business and also relying on one big customer...Recently Skpres is on uptrend due to better financial result and management oso pointed to a robust earning for FY15 due to increase in orders for plastic products as global economy is recovering...Let's do a quick comparison btw LCTH and Skpres now...SKP's NTA is only 0.24 while LCTH's NTA is 0.48...Cash per share of SKP is 0.10 while LCTH is 0.28...Both companies are zero gearing...SO which one do u think is better in terms of value??? Skpres is trading around 0.42 now with high volume while LCTH still sleeping ard 0.265 with small volume...What i am trying to point out is that Plastic companies will register very strong growth in coming mths due to increase demand for computer and electrical products...VS industry is a very good example of a bull run of plastic precision company...For me LCTH is the most undervalued plastic precision company in bursa in terms of value and financial strength...LCTH is much much more valuable than Skpres if u talk about balance sheet strength...I believe LCTH will soon play catch up with Skpres bullish share performance...Demand should pick up strongly when its new plant in JB is ready soon...LCTH is will the next SKPres!!!
