Just need to continue give dividend and hope there is plan to revisit the dividend payout with the current stock price.

@leecuteguy - dividend will be announce this month (in 2-3 weeks time) then payout in September (1-2 weeks) base on history schedule. Excited to get the money and buy back the share.

Not sure that the reason of the price plunge.... but definitely some impact in short term to medium term unless they have good and promising candidate to replace the CEO.

Leave your money in this counter if no idea where to invest. Dividend alone still at 4.2% even at this price. As many of you forecast the coming quarter result should be good. Even if the stock price not going up still safe to park the money here until you found another gem some where. Just my two cents.

I do like the steady movement of the share price. Up or down not so significant yet, which is good for accumulation. Strong believe the company currently at the consolidate stage.

The coming quarter result should improve over time. Is a good counter to hold for long term.

Now I just wait for the dividend to deliver to my bank account ;-) unexpected special dividend is an added bonus to muslim friend it going to be good for their raya. Please make sure you support back Padini by going and invest back using the dividend money. Hooray....

Cool. Even the result is so so (just guess) they are probably still one of the best compare to other developer. I can't imagine other developer which sell high end property how their sell is going to be. In short if Mahsing not doing well then other property developer won't do much better (I believe). Let see and I could be wrong.

Haha... Many theory sharing about stock investment. Base on last two years history the QR should be announce these few days. Longer history could drag to end of the month. Regardless the result Padini still a long term investment focus counter. So far I only sell once for the past 4 years ++ I hold this counter. Just small portion for my wife birthday gift as my bonus get delayed haha. If not then I will just buy and not sold as I treat this my second EPF retirement. Hehe happy trading guys!

Good to know dividend of 6.5 cents ex-date is 30 Aug. Another three month from now. If the share price drop should use that opportunity to grab more (if have extra money). Have a good weekend.

LOL - Target price of RM2.25 from AllianceDBS. Anyway good to see some movement but I still believe this counter worth more than that for medium term. Regardless what I still pretty happy with the dividend I getting so far. Happy to invest more on late March also when people throw like no tomorrow hehe....

LOL..... No surprise if they want to growth their land bank and for future development. If no other place to invest can keep some money in this counter. In another month or so, should announce the dividend. I do expect around 4.6% base on current price.

I only know the normal dividend which the information is public but not sure about the special dividends unless someone know from insider.

Anyway, I bought in more today simply for the dividends in long term. Good luck to other who buy and sell this counter.

Load some in the last two days. Should have some movement in 1-2 weeks.

The oil price up 6.37% not sure it over react. But again some time the oil price up does not mean this counter share price will up accordingly as well. Really still back to the basic such as demand and supply.

I only manage to collect at 1.78 but it does not matter if we going to keep for long term. All in I think is too much, only do that if you have unlimited money to invest :-) Anyway there are still a risk, just that the risk should be minimum. Will collect more when have more money.
