yes, MYEG able to do that, because it has system linked to JPJ already, without vehicle registration card, still able to renew without updating/printing the card.

previously wait for those weak traders/investors, now uptrend is facing another batch of sellers, who are willing to wait for break-even after staying in presidential suites...
