KUALA LUMPUR (June 8): G Neptune Bhd saw 7.6% of its shares crossed in off market transactions over the past two days.

According to Bloomberg data, 4.34 million shares representing 2% of its shares were crossed yesterday and a further 16.3 million shares representing a 5.6% stake were crossed today.

The 16.3 million shares transacted today changed hands at 9 sen per share for a total value of RM1.47 million. Yesterday, 3.88 million shares were transacted at 9 sen and 469,000 shares at 7.5 sen, for a total of RM383,925.

The identity of the buyers and sellers of the blocks of shares were not disclosed.

The company provides information technology solutions for the textile and apparel industry in Malaysia and Asia.

G Neptune shares closed down 0.5 sen or 6.2% to 7.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM21.66 million.
