but what they dont know is Reach IPO only give 20mil shares to public (compared to 140mil shares Sona give to public). It will be impossible to get the Reach IPO shares!

Why sumatec wants the right issue to expand theirs business even they have the money.. Which doesn't make sense at all.. that's the reason why the share holder dump theirs share recently because they don't want to buy the right issue later on.

PP is meant for high stake individuals to take a stake in the company...not for them to be offered PP at discounted price and then for them to sell in open market...this is abusing the privilege given to them at the stake of minority shareholder....

normally PP offered at discount...but they come with rules such as cannot sell-off before x number of years...like no voting rights for x years...and so on...

idea is for the company help to grow net value of the PP stakeholders...

so a notion of selldown is ludricous to say the least...
