this is an example of non value added deal , management just want to secure QA get their paychecks via SHARES faster! they have more than 10% shares, sona market cap berapa? 600M! THAT IS FREE +60M CASH IN THEIR POCKET, WHO DOENST WANT TO DO A QA even though it is super sucky deal?

Nobody is disputing the fact it is a producing field....question is did they overpay....where is the independent consultant report on the value of the field

And where's the cornerstone investor...look at their annual report...all cashed out liao..

Sad to say....I think this is poorly and hastily made deal....salah-man-dah only declare to public they are selling Thai asset in late April....and already the deal kautim in June!!!!! Where's the due diligence???? It was reported that there was some damage in facility earlier on....now mgmt should have performed a longer due diligence and get a warranty from salah-man for compensation if there's reoccurence...

So it really begs the question what the hell SOna doing from august to April...

And regarding TLTAN'S comment that another deal coming in future...wow...still in debt and further into debt are they sending SONA??
