once they derive a steady income stream from ramp up...part of income ...say 40-50% (typical) can be used for re-investment...their net gearing is 0 now...borrowing from banks is another option...go look at how much SKPetro is gearing...but now the focus is ramp-up...
so now the option is issuance of new shares...for example for new asset purchase

so next year...forward punya forwared PER...you will be taling about TP of RM2 and above...

in an E&P oil and gas...one normally pays until 20X...its higher than the average O&G of 15-18X coz we are looking at forward PER...

so TP can be RM0.78

people say PP will cause price down...you sure?
now if you are rich one with deep pocket (well known)...an investment bank Mercury Securities approach you to sell you 10% of company XXX shares at a discount...the investment bank tell you the high potential growth of XXX and you look at the growth plan and the management and board of directors...you have absolute confidence in them...so decide...yes...I want this 10%...

now the ikan bilis (i3 forummers for example)...if you here this well known XXX is subscribing 10% into this company....would you follow or leave and look for other counters...
