So will Serbadk land a more unbelievable and lucrative Alibaba business? Or will Serbadk insist in giving contracts to Kpower and SCIB and run the risks of never completed the project and lead everyone to Holland?

wrong question.......the correct question is what will u do if u are Karim?


everyday, Karim also receive many proposals.

Now, after discussing with shareholders/ fund managers.......the best strategy is Serba is the contracting vehicle. SCIB is the party doing the job ( together with all the expertise of Serba , of course)

This is after all a general construction EPCC, not a core competence of Serba. and risk - reward of such jobs are different from Serba core business....which is maintenance.


the karim empire will include Serba - maintenance, SCIb - construction, Kpower - alternative energy.
