In short, I dumb dumb hold in normal market, but cut loss and drastic reshuffled portfolio during major bear market to reflect new industry trend and directions (to keep portfolio fresh and relevant). It so far worked ok

got some success in stock market, boast about it is ok ...........

talk about buying quality stuffs is still better ( on a portfolio basis ) than talking about buying pasar malam stuffs, value investing stuffs like Insas, easier long term success than cigar butting stuffs.

a breathe of fresh air compared to the fake Buffalos.

of course, traders / speculators like me also no need to be ashamed to be a trader/ speculator ....as long as I know what I am doing.

Long term investors always look down on me....that is normal. ....let them la.....I cannot change myself also.....


but icon, I think u are ok one....maybe not the 1%, but surely the 10%

The same can be said of KLK and other second generation planters.....eventually, like rubber, Malaysia surely have to diversify out of pure palm oil............

u are Business Development Manager...........ALP is CEO of Jaks and this IPP is his baby and running around for many years. Apa cakap sharifah semua betul.

with CFO selling his LTIP, it is not advisable to hold more than 10% of portfolio in Jaks......its too risky....At least, this is agreeable.

From whatever I can gather, Icon is also good in what he do.....

I think he is a good investor, trader/ speculator. Maybe not the 1% but surely the 10%.


But its tough.....tougher than 3iii/ Philips method.


Besides investing, Icon is also a politician. So, slightly different la.

if people can find a faster running horse they go invest some where else also fair.

if people want to invest in Jaks at below $ 1.....also very smart.....

Vietnam IPP is ALP baby.....he take some LTIP very fair one.

In investment, I take a bet on the price vs value of the stock in the distant future with my analysis of the business and its risks, I don't bet with anyone what price it will be in a week's time a month's time, or even in a year's time. It is a futile and worthless exercise for me.
