how big are those chips anyway? It is easier and more profitable to smuggle chips than smuggle diamonds.

no country has complete control over the whole supply chain in chips. Not even America, and not China..........not yet anyway. But things are changing fast.

Again, look at the anxiety of the Jensen Huang and you will know. Should wait before drawing a conclusion now.
