my retiree friend followed the market trend blindly start buying the mother from 41-80 sen level gradually from 10k @ 41 sen, 30k @ 53 sen, 30k @ 60 sen, 50k @ 71 sen and finally 80k @ 79 sen. he did not listen to anybody as he felt he is following the market trend. now he was very unhappy as his own family members try to avoid him. i pray the price rebound to 70 sen level to save his investments. i was asked to post this comment by himself so that there won't be any more such casualties.

thank you sslee and your views are solid and far sighted. i am a long time investor in bjcorp and bjland with high cost investments. i regretted listening and believing into vincent's write up and comments on these counters. these companies are practically family own. although they are the major shareholders, they have nothing to loose as they are handsomely rewarded with salaries and allowances. the sufferings only for the minority shareholders without capital appreciation or dividends. recently vincent took over the chairmanship and he promised his ultimate goal is to bring the bjcorp to rm1 level. everybody clapped. when he was saying this 3 years ago the share price was at 36 sen level but today at 20 sen level. they know how to handle the shareholders, robin tan, his son said he is a capitalist and believe in freebies and his ultimate goal is to bring the company to higher level. he failed. when vincent took over he start giving bagful of goodies of cosway. everybody happy and no one ask any question. once i was suppressed by one of the indecent shareholders as in his view asking question means i am wasting his time. they said there are good chances of winning legal battle in south korea and the sale of 4 session hotel in japan with fantastic profit had all materialized and yet nothing is visible todate. i hope you succeed in your attempt. god bless you for your good heart.

driller 71 has given a very good explanation on this company's activities. his one point that attract me the very most is that he is not a trader but an investor. thank you very much for the knowledge i gained. as i am also an genuine investor holding from its right issue, i don't want to predict a sudden movement in price to cheat myself for that matter.

the counter is fundamentally with good management. it has not taken a desperate move like tg to declare fix minimum level dividend payout to sustain its share price. i don't think the board is going to declare a higher dividend. the previous dividend declared was very shameful act by the board.

i think biden should nominate kyy to be economic adviser to us to bring us to a greater level.

this counter has a good management team. the dividend is low but steady. there is a good prospect going forward.

there is no ideal fundamental for the price moving north.

the counter may have high nta but the management is poor in their visionary going forward, it is useless for investors. bjcorp is a good example vincent tan, when he took over the chaimanship, he told his vision is to make the share price to rm 1 level. the shareholders including me clap dieheart. that time the share price was around 35sen level. after three years the share price is around 18-20 sen level.

don't call kyy a sifu. he has no quality as sifu. sifu always gives a good teaching to his followers with selfless motive and good heart. in kyy these qualities are lacking.

there is no clear concrete direction that we can conclude from so many comments and views from all in this forum. as investor i need to be fair to me before committing to accumulate the shares.

bursa should investigate the directors who acquired shares before any sudden move in prices. check if they the insider traders.

we cannot be too happy of the admin change. we do not know the incoming ceo if he can be real productive or not. that we have yet to see. as market norm any change will see a sudden spike in price which will not sustain for long. we wait and see if the new person could bring any concrete in change of the company. many retirees have lost a lot of their savings during the recent ri as they need to average down to safe guard their total investment thus far. what the consequences are now? we can see for sure.

good dividend yield counter for long time investors and retirees.

another counter with a poor management team. there is no any improvement to the company going forward.

ups and downs are very normal in the market. the short sellers and contra players are the spoilers for those genuine mid and long time investors.

the board has no clear vision. they rely on ideas from elsewhere to move forward.

this counter is not very volatile like some other counters like bjcorp. when one news out the movement will there but will be back to square. this counter has some positive news increase is gradual and sustain it well.

in my personal view, we cannot go against the facts and figure. tony and his crooks are always the first beneficiaries whether you like or not. many investments like in india, japan and other are in bad shape. they have already got their shares in very bit of their involment like in purchase in aircrafts where the commission has been diverted to save their club as per report. so don't carry over the ideas of others blindly. use your own judgments instead to save your investment.

the future looks promising with the acquisition and placement exercise. with cash in hand i hope the management will move forward in positive direction to benefit the shareholders.
