Those selling FGV now is selling their 450,000 hectares landbank at 12sen per hectare. Worth(good price) to sell?

FGV is a long term holding stock so contra or margin advised. Good to be taken over by planation giants like Sime Darby, IOI, KLK, etc at current depressed price.

If google 1 hectare = 107639 sq foot meaning FGV total landbank is 48.437550 billion(not million) sq ft. If the land sold at RM 1 sq ft meaning FGV can receive RM 48.438 billion? Why are the sellers selling FGV cheap?

If read 2014 AR, FGV own over 450,000 hectares of oil palm land. If sell all the land how much money can FGV fetch?

Heard that FGV going to sell their Canadian crushing plant. USD now over 4 convert to MYR meaning more value from the plant. If can fetch USD 150 million from the plant meaning over RM 600 million cash FGV can receive.

Book value for the plant is RM 176.149 million meaning profit RM 423.851 if the plant sell at USD 150 million at conversion rate USD 1= RM 4.
