Agreed, more research firm will cover Sona upon approval by SC. As of now, only Hong Leong gave a fair value of 0.79 cts per share.

I foresee danger ahead. esp. warrant holders. With so high premium, it will not be favourable for warrant holders to convert to mother shares in order to be entitled for the rights. Further more the co have recently completed the rights issue and are now calling for another rights @ 0.40. The recent pumping of shares was probably to fix a high right issue price.

@bb55, don't be so sure the price will be up when pn17 uplifted. Price of Ho Hup dropped from 1.73 to 1.33 after upliftment from pn 17.

SC should look into companies that always made forward statements. Statements like rm1billion profit in 4 years time & announcing company will apply for pn17 uplifting since last year were forward statements. These statements are not allowed in many countries incl. US & UK. Companies need to caution the public if forward statements are made. Here, companies keep making forward statements at their fancy and many investors may be deceived by the statements.
