KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd’s order book has exceeded RM500m, which will be recognised until 2016, with the new RM54.5mil contract to undertake the sub-structure for IOI Rio City in Puchong, Selangor.

The piling and foundation specialist said on Thursday the contract, awarded by Flora Development Sdn Bhd, was to undertake the piling and related works for the IOI Rio City mixed development.
The contract is part of the IOI Rio City integrated development in Bandar Puteri Puchong which has an estimated gross development value of RM6bil over 72 acres.

This stock is with low liquidity n easily can be manipulated, it is going up but not so fast, they may press d price to 95 dont be surprised.

Brent futures for May delivery had climbed just over 1 percent, or 62 cents, to $57.10 a barrel by 0106 GMT, after rising as high as $57.25 in earlier trade.

U.S. crude for May delivery was up 50 cents at $49.72 a barrel, after trading as high as $49.90.

Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday it had launched military operations in Yemen, carrying out air strikes in coordination with a 10-country coalition seeking to beat back Houthi militia forces besieging the southern city of Aden where President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi had taken refuge. - Reuters

KUALA LUMPUR: Oil and gas giant, SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd, has secured 14 opportunities worldwide adding approximately RM5.1bil to the groups order book for its financial year ended Jan 31, 2015 (FY15).

President and group chief executive officer Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin said the opportunities comprised five new contracts and nine contract extensions.
