Thus they are actually enjoying weak ringgit as aircraft bought during strong ringgit .
Anyhow aircraft may still purchasing from Airbus while ringgit back to strong position again

Indonesia is different with Japan .
Japan have a well managed and tourism friendly environment
Indonesia infrastructure is very lack behind and can't even fight with Malaysia .
instead of focus at indonesia market , why don't relocate aircraft and man power to Japan next year . no matter how , Japan is china tourist favourite spot .
you won't die if 1.3b market is supporting you

you are right . 3rd quarter major issue is Forex losses .
but at 2Q15 report presentation , AAB mentioned that they doing
something to bring unhedged forex to 25% .
personally I'm not sure how they going to conduct it . any idea ?
for IAA , whatever equity positive or other accounting activity won't help them .
their root of issue haven't solve .
Lion air is still overrun airasia at Indonesia .
hope the IAA domestic route cut and relocate of resources to international route
will work .

Anyway , Ringgit vs USD touched RM4.18 today
Hope ringgit able to strengthen future before AAX Hawaii route start.
Maybe next year can looking for transit of Australia <-> Europe by AAX in order to increase traffic at KLIA2 and benefit AA's transit indirectly.

IMO , merge of IAA and IAAx is just to meet the request of indonesia government.
It won't change the challenge of Airasia at indonesia.
IAAx's Taipei to Bali route having super weak load factor (less than 60%) and very soon IAAx will post losses as well.
I'm more confidence to PAA compare to IAA.
PAA is near to china mainland with plenty of world class vacation spot.
There is a chances for PAA since AA already have a strong network and brand awareness within China.
PAA must increase their market share at Philippine international market in order to turnaround and fight with Cebu Pacific in future.
In order to keep the cost low , aircraft utilization rate is crucial for PAA.

pls read airasia financial status .
they make positive cash flow while reducing debt because they sold aircraft.
Asset was sold and they need to least back aircraft for daily operation .
it is short term solution but not for long term
they money made by MAA and TAA couldn't cover losses made by IAA , PAA , AAI and JAA .
if cash flow into share market , they may have issue if any incident happens .
airasia's 1.8b is not a lot in aviation industry .

Anyhow , Benalec issue is they are just too tiny to run such big project
They need a strategy partner on funding in order to start Tg Piai.
Dialog is benefit from Petronas RAPID.
Maybe Benalec need to seek funding from Temasek and form a sister port for Jurong Refinery.

Water supply and sewerage treatment means producing water for selling purpose ?

If you built oil & gas terminal and you washed your Silo or O&G transport ship , where are you going to dumping those waste water ?
Sungai Johor or Selat Tebrau ?
This is why the sewerage treatment infrastructure come in.
When you demand so much of water usage , you think SAJ manage to entertain the demand ?
Please check what petronas already developed at Pengerang.

For those who mentioned that buy MAHB instead of AAB by using Warren Buffet statement
Warren Buffet statement will work at US but maybe not here
Our AAB lead and manage by entrepreneur but Airport manage by Crxny.
Look at the KLIA2 sinking issue and you will know they didn't make correct decision for company's sake but for their own sake.
Some more , AAB going to start in-cabin duty free shop which previously only selling fragrance but now extend to tobacco and liquor.
If you check at airport duty free shop , you will notice that liquor and tobacco business are much better than fragrance.
Besides , a meal in-Cabin is almost same price or cheaper than airport restaurant
Personally I eat in-flight and leave airport immediately after pick-up luggage.
What AAB doing now is making airport as a bus stop and bring the whole airport function into their Cabin. (Of course it is not included custom and government authority function)

Let see AAX 3Q15 report .
AAX need to rely on AAB short distance flight as feeder
If AAX is good , AAB will be good as partial passenger are overlapping between both.
If AAX is bad , AAB wouldn't get much impact because AAB already have it's base market and market share for short distance LCC within ASEAN country.
This can be proof by AAX passenger carried drop dramatically at 2Q15 but AAB especially MAA and TAA making expension.

And AAB all affiliate is gaining passenger carried except PAA and IAA which under restructure
And you want to convince us AAX growth is better than AAB ?

Besides , pls keep in mind that AAB is not traditional airliner
They diversified their business and extend it to aircraft leasing , travel insurance , hotel booking , freight transport ,forex exchange , duty free shop and etc
All this effort will diversify AAB risk in future and if one go down , the other business still making support at difficult time
AAX or upcoming oversea affiliate which may IPO in future doesn't have advantage like this .
They are just traditional airliner
