Their business strategy is somewhat similar to REIT. Beside owning plantation, their rent/lease, manage plantation land from others

A typical redflag selldown like SCIB or SD. 100% sell rate. 0% buy rate. But here, you look at the buy rate, nonsense one. Buy rate is higher than sellrate yet price drop 15%. Where got ppl selldown at each support? I don't see millions of shares got chewed up. But I do see alot of sell queue got chewed up. All the buy queues are fake one. It was cancelled last min, followed by 100-200K selldown. Problem with us retailer, we can't tell whose queue is that nor where is the support. Only manipulators knows. Maybe they will stop once actual support emerges.

U probably thinking manipulator also lose money if they started earlier. That's incorrect. They just shifted their cost lower by selling higher and buying lower during the press down. Else, where do you think the extra buyrate went during a selldown?

This counter, they not scared to hold given it's fundamental. Can play few rounds at this price point.

I will suggest to watch closely on import and export policy of Malaysia and other countries.

Last time MITI impose 5% import duty on steel. Steel counter went up 300-400%.When trade war begin, and everyone were dumping steel, even 5% import duty can't protect our steel industries. it drop all the way down to crap.

Be sensitive to changes, it will create a momentary overvaluation and undervaluation. Know when the party just begin and party is over.

Its about looking beyond the curve and be right.
However, I will admit i'm not always right. There are times that things that should follow through didn't and I suffered loses. =D

Speaking of IB, when IB say buy, I sell. If IB say sell, I buy. I will 7 out of 10 times. They are full of crap.

moving forward, 16sen for FY22. At RM1.60 it's still 10% dividend yield. If you enter RM1 tmr, by next year this time. That's a whopping 16% return.

You guys are more optimistic than me now. Previously, my estimate was 12-16sen. 12sen from operation and another 4sen from land disposal. That time the price was 60-70sen and I was asked to manage my expectations. =D

I am optimistic that dividend from Bplant for FY 2022 may be as high as 22 sen (12 sen from operational profits + 10 sen from asset monetisation gain).

Announce bonus issue at RM1.5 by Q4,22. Short 30% bounce to RM1.80 at PE 12 from FY22 earnings. Sound very reasonable. But hv to wait until 2023.

Even at Rm1.88, its only at PE12 from conservative estimate of FY22 earning at 16sen. 3sen per Q from palm oil for 12sen and another 4sen for land sale.

10sen dividend by fy22 with 80sen investment also not too bad.

just not 100K shares, 200K shares and 600K shares in one queue are big kaki.

U compare with Fintec. 150M and 720M profit.

Some type of profit ARBB report. Never see money one. Apple to apple liao gua.

1. loss making quarter in quarter out. Dare not report a single strong and positive qtr.
2. mostly with consolidation and high new share/exxisting share ratio.
3. mostly Fintech's stable of stocks which r subjected to heavy manipulations.

As such, u r like comparing apples with oranges.
