It takes 2 to tango, the insiders manipulate the PA exercise price n u failed to explain the true picture here on the true cause of the plunging price. 2 wrongs wont make a right to enlighten the ignorant minor shareholders.

MFRS allows accrued accounting. Result is we get Serba Dinamik and Transmile.

All these monkey shows rooted from classification of trade receivables/payable. Fatty Liew go buy his cronies beer also can put as trade receivables. In the book, it says NoEmo owes him money. 6 quarters later, it will written off as bad debt. In between, we have neonstrife cheering "woohooo, increase trade receivables! net trade receivables > net payable".

U go see what happen to SD and SCIB. Same trick. What makes this trick a double whammy to investors. The beer that Fatty Liew paid has already expensed in cash flow statement and it's gone. But the money in trade receivables dunno when can collect. When it's written off, it's gone too. =D

After 2 years, Total Equity increase by measly 10% when profit alone 35-40% of it's total market cap. Yet, "seasoned","experienced" investor like marcus don't smell rat. Either he is inexperienced or he is part of the scam la. But he is honest enough to say he has interest in the warrant. I wonder what this neonstrife has. =D

Need go ask Tan Tong Lang why when ARBB changed their name, this Larry guy only have 8%.
And now out of the blue, all it cost him is RM6M to increase to 15.6%.

If there is anything worth to be patented at all, that would be some fancy sensors or some fancy fertilizer concoction. You can't exactly patent, "using sensors for the purpose to grow vege" can you? Or using CO2 with LED to double vege's growth. Or try to patent a process of "A man injecting his manly juice in fertile female genitalia will create life". The process is called "f/u/c/k/ing" and I don't think anybody will try to patent that nor any natural process is patentable.

I'm getting little confuse with what do ARBB actually selling? 200 greenhouse? They are selling IOT Farming technology or selling vege? Why RM55m for 200 greenhouse. Arbb probably need only 20 greenhouses to show that the "IOT" is great for farming with high yield. If that's true at all.

ur PE15 on what EPS? this kinda dilution. If annualised EPS 1sen. PE15 only give u 15sen. Where u get ur 67.5sen from? Please do enlighten what kinda of EPS you are using as extrapolation and quantum for ur PEG forecast? 50m a quarter? RM200m per year. And as of now, I don't even blardy know what's ARB selling. Vege or IOT? =D

When you see this kinda quarter report and nobody seems to know what the hell they are selling? They will very soon get into trouble with auditors. But ofcos before they get into trouble, there was a greattttt run before everything crash. The question for a scam counter; the question isn't IF, the question is always WHEN. I call this counter scam, I bought 30+sen and sold 40+ sen with weird corporate exercise. I believe this counter has a 2nd leg. Because at this point, what ever the CEO is doing, he isn't making money yet. But he soon will. Once the RI is over, I believe there will be a selldown. ARBB only need 4(FOUR) guys to make up this 85.2million shares for 98.2%.

If there is something worth checking; that would be who is the one getting the project to setup 275K per greenhouse. If Larry is not dumb, it won't be Prinsiptek. Technically, it's not Prinsiptek since it's Ageson now. Good chance that's also where ARBB gets his RM23M cash from.

You are right on the take up rate.

But if you see the combo of corporate exercise since 2018. It appears to be that each corporate exercise is to use retailers money to own the company for free. Like you know, this Larry is paid to dilute the shares. To raise RM120M for him to spend and he decides on how to spend them. It makes no sense to RI at 13sen. Unless, he wants to take up all for himself. =D

ur Implication B is inaccurate. RI at 13.5sen means if I can buy RI 13.5sen, why should anybody buy anything above it? The question is, WHY RI at 13sen devaluing the company by more than half is more pressing. RI at 26sen with half the proposed shares can get him his RM120M. Why not 26sen? Especially, according to you, they hv good business running behind. So good, RI at 30sen also ppl sapu la. Now, where is the problem?

Its not something Larry doesn't know. What's not known is why he did it? Why do you think he did it is a better discussion. Everything has a cover story and the truth behind it. What you have shared and discussed so far are only cover story. What's more important is the truth.

CHOICE 1. invest in stock with insane PE Ratio of LESS THAN 2. I have never seen this in my 30 years investment in Stock Exchange.

I attended the last 2020 AGM ARBB and understand that Larry Liew has new projects and new patents pending approval in Q2 2022. This is extremely exciting. Reflect another Patent - R&D centric firm UCHITEC on coffee maker semi conductor chips. their stocks + dividend are 5-baggers (+500%) over about 15 years. One can expect ARBB to go up much faster because of its valuation.

CHOICE 2. you can wait for 12 months and see how the Hydroponics project progress. Expect high initial set up costs and thus subdued profits.

Don’t forget that ARBB has other ongoing profitable projects and with Cash >23million for working capital while the RI are for Hydroponics Project. Note that ARBB cannot use the fund for purposes other than what it told Bursa Malaysia Commission. to change it, they need AGM to amend the resolution.

MY OPINON
As businessman myself, we should be shrewd. I would have preferred CEO Larry Liew to invest in phases. Try with 10 Greenhouses and plow back the profits to build the next 15 Greenhouses until you reach 50. But if he is making right business risk, this will take off in large way as it solves the labour shortages in agriculture sector.

1) Why RI 12sen when the stocks was trading at 28-30sen. If really want to raise fund; wouldn't it makes more sense to RI at 25sen. Can raise 2X funds of whatever hot air project.
2) Who suffer more from this massive dilution? Insider or general public?
3) Extra RM120m that nobody seems to know what is it for? Good chance is whoever that's pumping ARBB's cash flow statement is asking their money back.

When ppl say Fintec is a scam then, Fintec/Focus Dynamic promotor says they are different. Where is Fintec/Focus Dynamic now? Now, when ppl say ARBB is a scam, ARBB promoter says they are different. Look left look right, pattern definitely the same, dunno where different.
