2. IWH-CREC need to pay RM7bil in 3yrs instead of 7yrs, how to generate so much profit to pay this hefty bill in such short period of time especially when property glut is very serious.
3. If sales is poor, how IWH-CREC going to pay the contractor including ekovest ? This is very common in construction line where their payment was holding up by gov/private company.

construction stocks has no future, this theme depends too much on government project, now PH no money, construction sector future is doomed. Even got project, there will be many contractor bid for it, each will give very competitive price hence profit margin will be LOW.

Summary, you may trade construction stocks BUT definitely not invest. let it crash 1st.

Ekovest share issue is double of Dayang. Dayang low PE , strong earning and oil & gas sector is recovering, while Ekovest high PE among construction stocks, Earning result going to be go downhill due to not many project on hands, poor profit margin, and construction sector is doing very badly.

0.80 is still very high compare to before 19th April :D Dont just compare to recent high, but also compare to this year low.

he wont care, how often u see owner push up the share price just bcoz it has drop too much ? Stock market is a place where company raise fund with cheap borrowing cost, After debut, the share price doesn't matter to the company / owner unless there is RTO / privatization, Or owner pledge his share for margin account.

what goes down may not come up so soon, timing is very important. C karex, go down so many months without significant rebound. low will just go lower until there is positive news to turn the trend upward.
