JJchan NTA is a wrong number for takeover target price. Nta is a quarterly number which means if
KPS makes a lot money in that particular ---NTA will fly.
There many methods to evaluate takeover price (depending which side you are in---buyer / seller)
The easiest is discounted cash flow. However this method exclude if Foxconn wants to Buy
Cpi + Toyo ( cannot foresee in future ) If management See Huge future projects, they will not
Tell ikan Bilis now.
