Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 22 September 2020 pertaining to the Sales Contract Awarded for the Supply of Disposable Nitrile Examination Gloves.



The Board of Directors of NVB wishes to announce that the Customer did not comply with the terms of the Sales Contract in remitting full payment for the scheduled shipment. The Company has waited for sufficient time for the Customer to comply but finally decided that due to the said non-compliance, it would be risky for the Company to secure the supply and take the risk of possible non-payment by the Customer. The initial remittance of USD8.22 million was returned to the Customer and the Contract was amicably terminated with no cost to either party.



The above disclosure had also been made via the announcement in relation to the fourth quarter result on 25 November 2020.



This announcement is dated 22 April 2021.
