after closing today, stochastic has formed reversal trend. strong support at 1.26. trading volume was very high today and quite balanced between some panic selling to cut loss. despite they are profusely bleeding, it is opportunity to start accumulating. my 2 cents.

it is very simple and basic calculation. it must be calculated based on number of shares. example: you have 1 share at a value of RM 1. you add 1 more share at the same value. now you have 2 shares at RM 1. thus, the value of each share is now RM 0.50.

I concur with your Mr. KLL. They only know to buy solely because they have the investors money. But they don't know what to do after buying a company. They turned SP Setia into a lacklustre and dull company. Their Hotel Perdana in KB took more than 10 years to complete. Yet they dare to dream of building 100 storey tower. What a shame. The Chairman, CEO and the whole management should go. They have been there for donkey's years.

my point is, it is more beneficial if the price drop at this juncture due to dilution. say if it drops to 0.40, after ex-date the price will be 0.22. based on 100,000 shares above, break even is only at 0.275.

from the chart, MA, MACD, fast stochastic, all signal down. to illustrate the dilution further: say it reach 0.50. after ex-date issue it will dilute to 0.275. say you bought 100,000 shares for 50k. after ex-date you will have 145,000 shares at approximate 40k value. you need to wait for the price to go up 0.345 to break even. this example is not taken into consideration of the free warrants which may dilute the price further. the warrant exercise price is yet to be determined.
