we all know boustead has not signed any agreement to sell BPlant. its no secrete.

as I said very misleading announcement just to be correct legally. bursa takes the bait.

no agreement for sure. but that doesn't mean no bidding or proposal to sell or no offer received.

we should sue Bursa for allowing these kinds of announcement and confuse the investing public

vague answer doesn't help and makes Bursa a casino.

deal dead? or alive?... more confusing statement by LTAT/Boustead....better bursa reprimand them and fine the directors. its a simple yes or no.

as I understand anyone buying 51% and above must make the same offer to minorities. let's all laugh our way to Affin Bank
