“Almost all committee members agreed that a change in the purchase program was not yet appropriate,” and a few said “it might soon be time to slow somewhat the pace of purchases as outlined in that plan,” according to the record of the Federal Open Market Committee’s July 30-31 gathering released today in Washington."

Dividend payout would be e-Dividend (direct to your bank account). Adjusted share price on EX-Date(16-Aug) : Last closing price on 15-Aug MINUS gross dividend payout amount.

ESOS is like "quick bonus". Exercise when the price is lower than market price, in order to sell at market price to get fast profit$$ (aka bonus)

If you buy STAREIT before 16-Aug-2013 and keep until 15-Aug-2013 (5 PM), you will be entitled to the dividend.

On Ex-Date, the share price will be adjusted downwards by the dividend given (3.5 sen)

Basically the EGM is to agree on giving Free Warrants, right ?
