Actually ranhill is in a very very desperate situation......public portion was much under subscribed......underwriters were not willing to take unsubscribed portion at 1.70.....the worse , institutions were also not intrested.......the choice was for another listing delay.....this will put ranhill under a very bad image in the eye of investment community........finally ranhill succumbed to pressures from underwriters and institution.....in order to proceed with the listing.......

Sudahkena.....do you pay for the blue form ? if you pay at least can average down you cost.....can reduce loss. In my case , I dont take blue form...never ecpected in my wildest dream this to happen.....All Symphony share holders who converted to ranhill..CRUSHED....my cost is 15.5 sen...could you imagine what happened to investors who bought at more than 20 sen..plenty of them....HANCUR.....the one who apply for the IPO...and institutions....will make some profit.....

sudahkena......when Ranhil delayed the announcement of the final price, I already suspected they are going to revise down the price. I thought of down to the most 1.50.......but my heart broken like glass when ranhill fixed at only 1.20.......already sure rugi a lot....tak mahu main saham lagi....many times being cheated....

cliq is a remote case for spac......less money for QA.....negotiated QA at a very high price when oil was $100....reach would not face these....

told you before...dont ever put a general statements on spacs.....pity problems faced by cliq...see sona dont has same problems..sona QA's already approved by SC and I believe majority shareholders will approve the QA......and for cliq warrant, you cannot convert spac warrants until QA completed......
