no...no...no...problems with Qliq is not having enough fund for QA as QA negotiated when oil was $100. Why other SPAc also should fail ??? No reasaons for them to fail.....they dont have problems faced by Qliq.......you wait la...

conclusion from the proposals.......
1. Tecnic will issue about 317m shares at 63sen each to acquire 100% Rohas.
2. Vendors of Rohas will offer to acquire all existing tecnic shares at 63 sen each under MGO.
3. Public offer and offer for sale of tecnic shares is also at 63 sen
4. Numbers of tecnic shares after the proposal will be about 414m compared to current of 40m shares.
5. Projected profit for Rohas is about RM22m. So EPS for expanded tecnic will be about 5.3sen for a PE of 12 considering IPO of 63 sen.
Now I think you have a better idea how to value tecnic.
Whole proposals suppose to be completed in 4Q 2016.

I think investors who bought tecnic more than RM1.20 Will be in trouble post the proposals. I think it will follow to as what had happend to symphony. During the rumours of RTO by Ranhill it shot up to 30 sen. Then came the announcements for the RTO proposals of at 16 only. Price dropped after that...........

Actually luck is not at Qliq's side. First it has the least amount of fund collected among SPAC IPOs resulting in not enough fund for QA. Second is steep drop in oil price . Third is ringgit steep depreciation ........The best brains of directors also I think cannot do anything oledi......pity.....but I still believe the same problems would not be faced by other SPAC because they are having enough money......

yes.........actually I bought this stock with no intention of taking up the Iculs and free warrant. Normally from my observations , at most of the time any company with this sort of proposals, there will be a rally between egm and the fixing of ex-date. So I thought I can make some money out of this. Ex date is on coming thursday.A few days ago I sensed that the rally that I expected was not forthcoming. Sold....The game is over for me. But may be later after the corporate exercise ,with new energy business , price will go up.....only god knows.........
