Sslee I remember when I attended my first INSAS AGM in 2017 to ask for better dividend the Executive director Dato Dr. TAN replied if you want dividend and share price appreciation then you can choose to invest in Inari. But if you choose to invest in Insas then we are here to grow Insas net worth and the performancce of share price is not our responsibility.

I should have invested in Inari then but since I already made my choice so let it be.

@Sslee Glad that you also reads Simply Wall St. I like i2lurker's friendly reminder with a pinch of salt. Btw Insas was 77 sens in May vs 1.20 in Nov., also Inari was RM3 in May vs RM4 in Nov. (25% increase). For Insas to hit RM5, Inari must hit at least RM15 first with a factor of 3.5x? Hope the Operators work harder to achieve TP?

True but as long as BCorp needs to pay interest on LD & others ICULS that VT is holding and also interest on the RM5 billion debts, there no money left to pay dividends for minority shareholders?

Don't think VT lost money subscribing for LD as he also got the same no of free warrants. The highest price for BCorp WB was 25-26 sens and in March it was goreng to 12.5 sens?

Not really, LD was issued in April 2012. If the effective yearly interest is 17% pa. VT will get 170% return on his investment over 10 years for LD? Also I think VT didn't subscribe LD all with cash?

Yes, VT is holding the bulk of BCorp LD that's why he is quietly collecting 17% interest income from BCorp. Where got money left to pay dividends to minority shareholders?

vcinvestor ya why bother to hold mother share when LD is paying that kind of yield. I don't need the voting rights, i can't make a difference in AGM anyway. Gimme that sweet interest.
