price had retraced to 87/88 a solid support level offering a good option to renter and accumulate the shares; indeed there was buying interest at this level.
this is an uptrending stock so it is very likely that the price will advance and go higher than 87/88. as we await for wave 5 to begin. to be frank, we would only know on hindsight (no honest analysts dare say they would be able to predict the timing). then our tp would be 1.03/1.12/1.27 (for the adventurous).
we believe that the operation ghl engaged in is a growing business. thus earnings is expected to increase in the future.
first (fact) from the recent acquisition of e pay in april this year and this shall be reflected in its second quarter financial report which shall be released by the third week of august. it is highly probable that earnings will surpass the first quarter by a mile.
second (fact) from the implementation of gst in april next year.
and our belief is certainly boosted by the institutional participation in this counter... with 1,000 over companies listed in our stock market, the institutions studied and chose to buy into and hold this share (in fact increased holdings) speak volume and well of ghl.

yes money will of course be needed for its working capital; it is not unusual and is envisaged under normal circumstances. in this connection, i do not foresee any negative impact through raising fund internally via rights issue which is a cheaper source of funding.
we know the history of knm - once a darling of the investing public. now it is putting plans in place working towards attaining that ultimate goal again. and progress has been made in that direction - bless them!

5. TA proponents will be next in line to join seeing that the indicators match the price movement
6. the FA believers looking at the long term prospect encouraged by the buoyancy displayed by these two groups will join the boat
7. all these built up the guys who love SA
8. i supply becomes less demand remained the smae price goes up slightly

iii finally all groups in it becomes a happy boisterous party

so unless someone is saying the accounts are misrepresented, this counter is fundamentally a solid and strong one.
a price retracement as in all stocks in a trade cycle is expected but we do not think it will go any further down. 46.5/46 should be the level when thing will start to turn around.
the long term up trend is very much alive.

there is the flip side of the coin. this is how i see this counter.
in general, i would prefer comments that are specific .... to the point based on ta.
ghl is likely to see a trend reversal by the first week of this month on the basis of the formation of the inverted hammer. 2. volume dwindled indicating selling momentum has slowed down. 3. 81 is a strong support point that would prove difficult to break down. 4. forming higher lows suggesting uptrend is still intact.
in the light of the foregoing, price will move back to its high of 1.08. needless to say price retracements are envisaged as it moves its way up to 1.08.
i have no vested interests in this counter.

do we consider knm having made profit with positive free cash flow from its operation as irrelevant? how many listed companies do have institutional participation? why do the institutions still hold the shares? transmile actually lost money but not as per its financial reports. are we suggesting that knm have also some irregularities in its finacial reports?

in the first place knm had started making money for the past two years. and on that basis its fair value is conservatively estimated at rm 1.00. so in terms of its fundamentals it is deemed good.
of course, you could not make a comparison to its hey day. in any case, if it is not for that loss incurred in 2011 would you think you will be able to acquire the shares at today's price. no way i say. besides that i think connie you should be comforted by the thoughts that you have the company of 17 institutions that still hold on this share amounting to 12.8% or 189 million units.
on the other hand, if we look strictly at the ta, what more can you add other than it is trending up; the price is envisaged to go up accordingly. perhaps, the price dipped started since the late trading session of last thursday presents an excellent opportunity to buy in now.
