HSR is the main line connecting from Perlis to JB. We would have more option of transportation.

Rakyat can travel from state to state conveniently.

Ppl staying in JB but working in KL

People will be very angry with Mega projects at this trying time (People no money for food).


It costs Billions and there are plenty of substitute services ready.


AirAsia MAS etc already suffering low occupancy rate on flights to Singapore.


Buses are redundant in stations.


Taxis and E-hailer will be very unhappy.


No guarantee occupancy rate (KLIA Transit is a classic example)


How much HSR cost the passenger? RM500 return trip?


Malaysia will likely be the losing end because we will have to pay for majority of the cost from KL to Seremban to Melaka to JB (3XX km), while Singapore only cover Woodlands to JE (10-15km)


HSR was postpone due to HIGH COST. Now the cost will likely be even higher (Cement price increase, foreign labour shortage, higher land acquisitions cost, Weak currency etc etc)



Conclusion: HSR revival is an unlikely call by the government

HSR create more job opportunities to the Rakyat. It does not only benefit the Gov.

Or the Gov rather pay compensation to SG which is the tax payer money

Gov is reviving the economy by creating more jobs or spoon feed the Rakyat FOC for another 5 years?

Kanger appoints Johor Umno deputy chief as chairman

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 28): Kanger International Bhd chairman Datuk Paduka Sharipah Hishmah Syed Hassan has resigned from her post effective today, with the group appointing Johor Umno deputy chief Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed (pictured) as its new chairman.

In a filing with the bourse, the company said Sharipah resigned “due to her other personal commitments”. She was previously a non-executive director of the group, before being redesignated as chairman on June 8, 2015.

Nur Jazlan, who has a background as a professional accountant, has had various corporate experiences since 1990 and has been on the boards of several listed companies including Prinsiptek Bhd, Jaycorp Bhd and Telekom Malaysia Bhd.

He was also appointed to the board of directors for government-linked companies (GLCs) such as Penang Port Sdn Bhd and UDA Holdings Bhd.

He served as the deputy minister of home affairs from July 2015 to May 2018 and was chairman of the Public Accounts Committee between June 2013 and July 2015. He was formerly the Member of Parliament for Pulai.

Kanger’s share price fell 1.5 sen or 6.82% to 20.5 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM375.63 million.

I have told you before that we need to be very careful about manipulations in the news. Many times we see some news which sends the market plunging but 1 hour later suddenly some "NEWS" stops the drop and the market turn again. The Moderna "news" wasn´t news at all but something which was written in a newspaper earlier. But was published as news. The financial industry always had a problem manipulating the Forex market, because it was so huge. 15 times bigger than the stock market, so it took a ton of money to corrupt it. But slowly over the past few years, the financial industry has bought up basically all financial media outlets and can in this way direct the rates in their favor.

@Agjl bro, no one can move Supermax share price..coz it is a blue chip stock.

When the time comes, it will fly.
