Good QR...why should the price gap down tomorrow?

Mr OTB, I am one of your subscribers and I am happy with your recommendations so far. But for this recommendation, I find it disappointing that you only sent out the email early this morning at about 1.10 am when we were aready in bed. And this morning, I had to rush out to do something and only got back at about 9.25 am. and thus only read your email at that time. But the oprice of LEESK has already shot up to RM0.37 then. You said you gave the recommendation at the seminar on Sat but only sent the recommendations to us subscribers at 1.10 am this morning. If only you have sent out the recemmendations on Sat or latest by Sunday, I would have stood by to buy LEESK at market price once Bursa started trading today. It is such a pity!

Proposed dividend is only 0.3 cents, not 3 cents!

PE is 0.66 if based only on the current quarter earnings. But bear in mind that the current qtr earnings is mainly due to revaluation of their property investments.

I am sure the accounts dept of Frontkn must be very busy during the first quarter of 2015 preparing for the implementation of GST so I would expect a delay in the QR. Moreover GST started on April 1, so the accounts dept would try to bill all jobs completed prior to April 1 to avoid having to bill GST to their clients for those jobs. All these are time consuming.

I really dunno why people keep on harping on the release of the QR. If you check the past few years, you will see that the QR reports are sometimes released on the 29th. Today is only the 26th lah.

Be careful...you will be in for a big surprise!
