For the Tunku who sits on the board, it's a win-win deal. She only holds 1000 shares of BK but her father holds 337,500 KLK shares (per 2018 Annual Report).

To pay cash for CCM, KLK has to declare a massive dividend & her family will be laughing all the way to the bank.

So guys, due to this bailout, don't expect a generous dividend at BK level .

Downside risk we bear but any windfall, others get the benefit.

What's the difference between Petron & PetDag?

They both have a network of petrol stations and supply gas tanks. Petron has a refinery which PetDag doesn't.

Amazingly though Petron trades at a PE of 6 while PetDag at a PE of 53+!! Maybe because PetDag has EPF as it's main investor.

This counter shows a lot potential but the price seem to tank all the time. Why are investors so spooked??

They however pick up other shitty counters with poorer fundamentals.

Amway price cannot rise because KWAP & KWSP are selling their holdings in the open market at every opportunity.

It would be better for other shareholders if they do a direct block deal.
